Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is necessary to put a defined policy into effect in order that all our spaces are filled when available. The year has defined "peak" periods that will have different cancellation policies attached to them than other times of the year. Please keep this insert handy in order that you will know how your bill will be calculated.

Peak periods: 10 days notice required for changes or cancellations

During Peak Periods any changes to your reservation must be received 10 days in advance. Otherwise, you are billed for the entire reservation period, whether you leave a day late, come back a couple days early, or cancel.

March 15 - April 30 As each County takes different weeks, this entire six week period is defined as Spring Break for billing purposes.

May 20 - June 15 Memorial Day Holiday

June 16 - September 10 SUMMER Vacation

November 15 - December 1 Thanksgiving Holiday

December 15 - January 10 Christmas/Other Holidays/New Years

Non-Peak Periods: 72 hours notice required for changes or cancellations

During Non-Peak Periods any changes to your reservation must be received 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, you are billed a one-day cancellation fee or 20% of the entire reservation period, whichever is greater.

January 11 - March 14

May 1 - May 19

September 11 - November 14

December 2 - December 14

Thanks to all of our valued customers who already pay for the times reserved, even if not used. In order to be able to stay in business I need to effectively utilize all spaces available for visiting dog guests.
